A fantastic place in Royan! We had a wonderful time at Face à New-York. The welcome was really friendly, the staff were pleasant, and the service was excellent. We ate very well; the dishes were delicious and generous.
The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and you feel right at home. It's the kind of place you want to come back to. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Lovely spot on the beautiful Pontaillac beach. Very pleasant setting and excellent service from the young seasonal worker who served me: respect, friendliness, smile... all contributing to a very pleasant customer experience... accompanied by good food.

Mixed experience at the "Face à New York" restaurant.
The servers were pleasant and the atmosphere quite nice, with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the service was far too slow, even though the restaurant was nearly empty.
We waited over 25 minutes (and had to ask again) just to get a bottle of water and a scoop of ice cream from the children's menu.
As for the food, the steak tartare was unfortunately disappointing. The roasted sea bass fillet was good, but the accompanying sweet potato purée was served completely cold.
In short: a pleasant setting and a lovely view, but a disappointing experience considering the price and, above all, the extremely slow service.

This restaurant is ideally located, the homemade food is delicious, during our lunch there was a large group and the waiter was patient and lovely with everyone... In short, I highly recommend this very friendly place!
