La Java Bleue is a restaurant where the food is truly excellent. I've been back several times now, and I'm always just as satisfied, whether it's the quality of the service, the food, or the atmosphere. That's why I recommend it without hesitation.
The meat is delicious, tender, and perfectly cooked. As for the fries, they are simply excellent: flavorful, crispy, and homemade, which is a real plus. A great place that you'll always enjoy returning to!

Definitely the best fries I've ever had; they reminded me of my aunt's. All the ingredients are fresh and everything is homemade. The profiteroles are incredible. The service is quick and very friendly.

We make a point of having lunch at this restaurant every time we're in Saint-Étienne.
And we're always delighted! Everything is top-notch from start to finish: the welcome, the quality of the food, and the generous portions, all at a very reasonable price.
The menu is varied, although meat is the star, and frankly, the quality is superb.
For me, in Saint-Étienne, this is the restaurant you can go to without hesitation; you're never disappointed.
The only downside is that I've never had enough time, and especially enough room, to finish my meal. Well done to the whole team, and please don't change a thing! Thank you!
