My wife and I go there whenever we can, and it's always a treat!

Great restaurant, great atmosphere, and delicious traditional couscous. We've been several times; don't hesitate if you want to enjoy a good couscous.

The food was exquisite. The couscous was good and the Chakchouka excellent.

Every year, we come all the way from Belgium to Calais at least once to enjoy the famous couscous. Never disappointed! 😋❤️

I didn't enjoy this experience. Disappointed by the overall quality of the food and service. The welcome was pleasant, and the service was quick; however, the food wasn't very well packaged. The kebabs were dry (tough beef, dry merguez sausage, and dry meatballs), and the couscous broth was tasteless and bland. The semolina was good and fine, but tasteless. Overall, I was disappointed. There was a lack of accompaniments; we weren't offered any drinks with the rest of the meal. Suggestion: some background music from the Orient would have been nice.

A fantastic restaurant! We came as a group of 30 to dine on the terrace on Monday evening, August 3rd, 2026. We had a great table, the service was excellent, and the food was superb. And thank you again to the whole team for the wonderful tribute – a big THANK YOU! 😉

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent food, but above all, a wonderfully kind team. We booked for 24 adults and 10 children after a funeral and were welcomed with great kindness. Despite our large group, everything was perfectly organized and the team adapted to our requests, including our allergies. At such a difficult time, this means a great deal. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We ordered a tuna brik as a starter; the portion was very generous, we shared it between three of us and it was more than enough and very tasty! For our main courses, we had vegetarian couscous, grilled sea bream, and grilled chicken skewers. The portions were very generous. Everything was delicious (the best sea bream we've ever had!!). The meals were made fresh to order, and you can really taste the difference!! The wait is a little long, but it's definitely worth it! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and we ate inside with two dogs without any problems! Plus, great playlist ;) We highly recommend this place!

We had a very, very good meal; the dishes were truly amazing, and the service was pleasant. However, we found the surroundings a bit dirty, which is a shame because it's a really lovely place. It's a pity, because the quality of the food deserves to be highlighted. A little cleaning would certainly be welcome, in my opinion. Nevertheless, I still recommend this restaurant for its fantastic dishes.
