La Kilbe sur Colmar

16/07/2026: The pastries are excellent, especially the apple-almond tart, the kirsch biscuit, and the cheese biscuit... However, our last visit was disastrous. We were turned away by a waitress on the pretext that the restaurant was full. These things happen, and we should have made a reservation, but there are more polite ways and a more courteous tone to use when informing loyal Colmar customers of over 30 years. Thankfully, not all the staff are so condescending.

23/06/2026: For a break during sightseeing, a light lunch, or coffee and cake – this is always the right place. Right next to the cathedral. The menu du jour is highly recommended.
