The managers and servers are very pleasant, welcoming, and professional! They are also very accommodating when you come with a stroller, which is really much appreciated. The dishes were delicious, made with high-quality ingredients! A wonderful discovery, I highly recommend it! Thank you from the people of Lille, and see you soon!

I returned, and my opinion remains the same: a superb welcome, refined and varied dishes. Your duck breast was delicate, delicious, and wonderfully good!

The service is great! 😁👍 The cleanliness is excellent! 👍 However, the mussels weren't great, I was disappointed... Apparently it was because there wasn't a second cook...

Extremely slow service!!! Flat beer!!! Overcooked mussels, bread in the salad way too hard!!!! After speaking with the waiter, no compensation was offered. Honestly, with a €150 bill, I expected better.

The restaurant is decent overall, but the portions are disappointing for the price! They're child's play... (The potatoes are tiny, just like the meat!) Maybe they could revise the pepper sauce recipe 🤷, but the service was friendly 👍

La Galere

15/09/2026: A wide selection of very well-prepared dishes, the "Chef's Menu" is currently €19.90 (starter, main course + dessert). Friendly staff, a welcoming owner Monsieur Robert, a pleasant place in every respect. We'll gladly return, as we do almost every year 🤗😋
01/09/2026: Excellent place, perfect value for money for all budgets, always a warm welcome. I highly recommend it!
