The chef is excellent, the waitress Isaline is fantastic, pleasant and friendly, with a great sense of humor and charming. You don't have to wait, and Yann, the owner, is welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent.

23/08/2026: Le Petit Goinfre is located in downtown Saint-Nazaire. The restaurant has two modern, tastefully decorated dining rooms, as well as a lovely enclosed terrace. The menu offers various set menus and a wide selection of meats, fish, salads, and desserts. It features classic dishes such as foie gras and snails, rib-eye steak, and braised pork knuckle. A sushi menu completes the offerings. We chose the oysters, which were very fresh, followed by a veal kidney fricassee with port, a delicious dish served with basmati rice. The dishes are beautifully presented and the portions are generous. The service is pleasant, and the overall atmosphere is very convivial. A very good restaurant in downtown Saint-Nazaire, where we had an excellent evening in a pleasant and welcoming setting.
