La Limite sur Metz

Discovered through a recommendation, and not disappointed at all, quite the opposite. The food, service, atmosphere... nothing to complain about, except... highly recommended. Thank you.

The welcome was more than perfect. The food was perfect.

We stopped by chance (the parking lot was full...). We received a very warm welcome, the decor was great, and the service was impeccable. We shared foie gras for two... the quince jelly seasoning sauce was divine! The kidneys were perfectly pink, just as requested, with a fantastic sauce, and the Charolais beef burger was superb. In short, it was excellent 👍 The dessert was just as good. I highly recommend it. P.S. Wine by the glass, please.

Absolutely magnificent 🤩 Landes platter: a delight… delicious food 👌 impeccable welcome and service! My only regret: not having stopped by sooner… 🤦🏽‍♂️

The restaurant is called La Basse-Cour, so I think you'd expect to find poultry, pork, duck, etc. That said, I find it a shame that there are no vegetarian options on the menu, and only one fish dish. I did have the option of ordering the two vegetarian appetizers, which were very good. But the "choice" is therefore very limited compared to all the meat dishes...

From the welcome, through the food, not forgetting the service, we had a wonderful experience, which we will repeat very soon!!

A very warm welcome. Friendly staff. A pleasant and inviting place with beautiful decor. An enticing menu with prices that are average for a higher-end establishment. Good quality products. A fine wine list. I treated myself to an excellent ribeye steak. For my first visit, I had a very enjoyable evening. I will definitely return to treat myself again. It's a place I highly recommend. One small point: the parking, but it's still possible to find a spot. It won't stop me from coming back.

A truly wonderful place. During our lunch break, we were able to enjoy a starter and a main course in a relatively short time. The waiter was incredibly efficient, smiling, and attentive, the welcome was warm, and the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. I will definitely be back!
