Warm welcome, excellent cuisine, relaxing setting at the top

Charming country hotel. Very well maintained by Mrs. Agulhon. A pleasant host, of extraordinary kindness. The room we had was very beautiful and comfortable. As for the restaurant, we dined on a very good unique menu, local, with good products. In a very pleasant cozy atmosphere. If you are passing through, do not hesitate to stop by.

I warmly recommend this establishment. The welcome is friendly, the staff attentive, the rooms very comfortable, the dinner and breakfast excellent.

This summer, my family and I, 2 adults and 2 young children, stopped by chance at this hotel's restaurant for lunch. This restaurant is a marvel. There is a play of flavors and perfectly mastered cooking which enhances each dish offered. It was a treat. Meat and vegetables are sublimated. My children loved the poultry supreme and vegetable purees on offer. My aubrac meat was just perfect. Perfectly controlled cooking while retaining the meat juice. The blueberry dessert is a refreshing treat. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to reserve a table there, it's delicious. We will definitely come back, hoping to also book the hotel. The service was really very attentive and pleasant. Our best culinary experience during our stay in Lozère.

Nous avons déjeuner le mudi. cadre agréable et personnel sympathique bon conseil en vin. pour le repas bonne cuisine mais tarif exagéré. pour les bons mangeurs, attention, les assiettes sont gastronomiques mais pas astronomiques.

Very good cuisine. Of course, the owner prefers to serve the regulars. My table needed to be propped up but although the drinks were swaying heavily no one felt concerned. I still recommend without hesitation.

Pierrette Agulhon führt das Restaurant seit Jahrzehnten und hat sich auch ob ihrer Ausbildung als Sommeliere ein Renomée erarbeitet. Wir haben einmal das Menue Gourmand gewählt für rund 50 € - Velouté frais de courgettes à la menthe, oeuf parfait et lard croustillant, Pièce de bœuf "Aubrac" maison Bousquet, Jus de boeuf aux condiments, cébettes, tomates et olives noires. eine aus fünf Käsen bestehendes assortiment de Lozere und baba au rhum als Nachtisch und einmal á la carte. Nahezu alle Produkte und Zutaten kommen aus der Region. Durchgehender Genuss. Das Weinbuch mit rund 300 Positionen ist außerordentlich und an sich eine Abendbeschäftigung ! Eine freundliche Patronin und ein aufmerksamer, zugewandter Service haben diesen Abend wohltuend abgerundet.
