Absolutely five star lunch! Divine wine and the sauce that came with the fish was Sponge worthy. Lol. My bread soaked up as much as I could possibly soak up.

A lunch break at the restaurant "La Madeleine de Proust" in Chaumont-sur-Loire, before visiting the château. A wonderful taste experience, both for the catfish stew and the gourmet coffee that made up my lunch. Bravo for the welcome and the kitchen team 👌
