I really enjoyed the welcome, especially from Kevin, our server, for his humor and professionalism. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, with subtle flavors. We had a wonderful time discovering this culinary gem.

A little gem!
We booked the entire restaurant for a team seminar. The room is beautifully decorated, Céline welcomed us like royalty, and the food is truly delicious—refined without being overdone. The presentation of the dishes is magnificent. The place was recommended to us by a service provider, and it was absolutely perfect.

It's a quiet restaurant where you're warmly greeted with a smile and seated at tables that aren't too close together. The menu is short, so you can be sure everything is fresh and prepared that day. The dishes are simple but always have a touch of originality and are very tasty. The cheese plate is generous and the desserts are excellent. In short, a restaurant like this is becoming increasingly rare and is definitely worth a visit. Reservations are essential!

We visited 'La Madeleine de Proust' in the off-season, when most tourists have returned home. Despite this, all tables were occupied, which shows that the restaurant is (rightfully) very popular with the local community.
The welcome from the owner was very warm. The menu may be somewhat limited, but all their dishes are prepared fresh daily and have their own unique taste and style.
If you are in the area and wish to visit Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire, do not fail to satisfy your appetite at this fine restaurant!
And don't forget to make a reservation!

Overall, it's okay.
But something's missing!
In any case, it's too expensive.
For a minimum of 50 euros per person, there are better options.
It's a shame for a restaurant, but we can't recommend it.
