The flavors on the plate were truly enchanting, and the service, of great professionalism, took place in a relaxed atmosphere. Madame Tartarin, in charge of the room, knew how to combine competence and kindness. The sommelier, for his part, did not fail to provide wise advice, and the maître d' always found the right words for each situation. As far as the dishes were concerned, it was faultless: the lobster, impeccably cooked, the reinvented langoustine and the mackerel, cooked simply incredible, were among the best gastronomic dishes we had tasted in recent years. recent months. The monkfish, cooked at low temperature, was perfectly pearly, and the sweetbreads were perfectly executed.
