We come 2 to 3 times a year. As usual, the setting and the service were impeccable, but we didn't really like the 6-course surprise menu: too "sophisticated", a little too "Japanese" and above all, we like to choose from a menu what that we buy... especially for an expense greater than €300...
For comparison, let's imagine that we buy cinema tickets and that it is Kinepolis or UGC which decides which film we are going to see... Nobody would accept that...
So, menus based on the chef's desires are not for us.. We prefer menus based on our own desires. Sorry...

A weightless evening. Tasting menu offered by our children: a real festival for the taste buds, original and very successful blends of flavors; perfect pairings between food and wine. Cozy atmosphere on the heated terrace. Ballet of waitresses, waiters, sommeliers, discreet and efficient. Without forgetting the magnificent setting, surprising in the heart of Nancy.

very good time spent in this establishment refined cuisine top service but small downside, we were charged 7 euros for Evian water which we never ordered bottle which never remained on the table and which was not not been opened in front of us which suggests that this water is perhaps not Evian?? for a starred restaurant this is not acceptable.

What to say? It is not possible to find the right words for this cuisine which is an art of the highest level, a gustatory fireworks display. Just talking about it still gives us goosebumps because it was so impressive. And all this served with the biggest smile, really a big thank you to the chef and his team for allowing us to experience such an exceptional evening.

Restaurant coup de coeur ! Pour la deuxième fois, nous avons été épatés par les plats avec inspiration japonaise et le travail nécessaire pour la réalisation de chaque bouchée. Une très belle découverte culinaire à chaque passage.
On se sent très bien dans le restaurant...
