A wonderful discovery! Lovely setting, a family-run establishment for 100 years and four generations. A superb menu featuring high-quality, fresh ingredients, and a great wine list. We had a wonderful evening and will gladly return!

An absolutely perfect moment to celebrate our 6 years together! A huge thank you to the entire team at La Maison des Bois for their warm welcome, their professionalism, and the thoughtful touch at dessert time, which was truly touching. The food was delicious from start to finish, and the setting is beautifully green and superbly maintained. We will return with immense pleasure!

A very pleasant place. The service was adequate, but a tad over the top for my taste (subjective opinion, as it might appeal to some). The starters were very good. The main courses were a bit more underwhelming and didn't quite live up to expectations. The desserts were very generous and delicious. The bill reflected that as well.

Disappointed by the experience. It lacked quite a few things to achieve the "Wow!" effect. We received a very warm welcome… and were promptly escorted out. The shaded terrace had a lovely, bucolic garden and birdsong… but the flooring needs replacing. Smoking is permitted, and there was noise from the busy road. The main course was excellent… but the set menu was less so. We ordered coffee with our desserts… but it was served much later.

A wonderful experience for a first visit. The setting is traditional, and the spacing between the tables is fabulous (some restaurants should take note). Not recommended for those who prefer a modern atmosphere and equally "modern" menus. The service is in keeping with the establishment's reputation, and the recommendations are spot-on. You quickly get the feeling you're almost a regular. Unfortunately, that's becoming increasingly rare. The food is excellent; the dishes are generous and flavorful. For lovers of traditional sweetbreads, I highly recommend them. They are delicious, and the sauce is rich and creamy. However, I wouldn't recommend them to fans of nouvelle cuisine. Here, the sweetbreads don't float in a liquid sauce! The real gem of this place? The historic room, now used only for small family or business gatherings. It's like stepping back 100 years. Perfect timing, as it's the centenary this year. I won't say any more, you have to see it for yourself. A little wink to the owner: E viva a Corsica
