While passing through Arc sur Tille, chance led us to this little paradise. A restaurant with authentic, tasty cuisine, full of surprises. Chicken fricassee with savarin accompanied by seasonal vegetables, served in a cast iron casserole, with a potato gratin, A PURE DELIGHT! Lemon meringue tart, mousse chocolate cake and salted butter caramel, all accompanied by poppyseed and thyme oil, homemade Comté and bacon rolls... Everything is perfect. A welcome and service that matches the flavors of the cuisine. An extraordinary organization with a rare complicity between the members of the team. And the warm room, with its cozy decor, is a little joy Thank you, it feels great I will not fail to recommend you to the many foreign tourists with whom I am in contact. Keep it up, you are amazing
