A magnificent place full of charm, restaurant and bar on site in a magnificent setting. It's a shame that the service was not up to par, in fact, we had only booked one night and when we woke up, we had a nasty surprise: the water was cut off: it was impossible to shower or use the toilets. Although it was beyond their control, we are on top-of-the-range services and a simple gesture would have really been appreciated.

24/11/2025: I've been coming here for several years and I've always been satisfied. The dishes are excellent and generous. The service is top-notch, and what can I say about the view! You never tire of it.
18/11/2025: It's always a pleasure when we come to Cap Ferret, since we live in Guadeloupe, to have lunch at Hortense's and see Bernadette and the whole family again. We had a wonderful time in September and enjoyed a very good meal. Well done, keep it up!
