I received a very warm welcome, the meal was really good, the products were fresh, I highly recommend it.

Smiling isn't a strength in the service industry, unfortunately for the establishment!

A true gem! This riverside restaurant on the Garonne is a superb place. The welcome is warm, and you immediately feel at ease, like you're at home. The dishes are delicious, prepared with great care. You can taste the passion in every bite! The setting is simple yet charming, perfect for a convivial meal. The service is attentive without being intrusive, which is truly appreciated. An address just the way we like them: authentic and genuine. I highly recommend it.

We had lunch at this establishment today, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing, particularly the service. Upon our arrival at the table, several pieces of cutlery were visibly dirty, with traces of dried meat still present. When we pointed this out, only the two most obviously dirty pieces were replaced, the waitress explaining that the other marks were simply due to limescale. In an establishment that positions itself as offering bistro-style cuisine, one would expect the cutlery to be checked and wiped, not for the customer to be told that this is normal. Another disappointing point: for a children's menu offered as an alternative to deviled eggs, we were served a simple carrot salad. Having asked for some ham for my son, this wasn't possible, which forced me to order an Iberian charcuterie board so that he could have a suitable starter. The starter intended for him wasn't even charged to our bill. Finally, it was a birthday lunch, as mentioned when making the reservation. No special gesture or attention was offered spontaneously; my wife had to remind them herself. According to the staff, the service was very haphazard and unfortunately not up to the standard one expects from an establishment of this caliber. The furniture is also starting to show signs of wear and tear, which reinforces this impression of neglect. Fortunately, the food somewhat redeemed the experience, as it was still decent. It's all the more disappointing because we work within a large network in Bordeaux and could have recommended this establishment for events or group gatherings. Unfortunately, that won't be the case. We won't be returning.

A good restaurant to eat with a view. It’s on the other side of the river of you live in Bordeaux. The restaurant is very pretty. They have a huge cocodrile sculpture in the entrance. We tried a fish tartare which was delicious, also fish curry that was nothing memorable and pork chops that were outstanding. The only downhill was the service. Although they were efficient, they could be a little bit nicer. Bordeaux is a lovely city with great restaurants and the service is always top. Maybe that’s why we were suprised with the lack of kindness of the service here. Also I think this place is perfect as a wedding venue.
