Among the three bakeries we tried in Saint-Malo Intra-Muros, this one is by far the best. We tried their croissants, pains aux raisins, brioches, fars bretons, and fondants aux pommes. Their croissants are especially good when you get them early, while they are still warm from the oven, around 8 a.m.

We just bought a kouign-amann and it was a revelation: a caramelized interior, a meltingly sweet and buttery center, and a crispy exterior. A true discovery of textures and sensations centered around butter and sugar.
