Great bakery with coffee and sandwiches. Terrace and indoor seating area. The croissants I ate there were heavy and greasy.

A very pleasant welcome. Even though there wasn't much left in the display case, the waitress offered to make salads or sandwiches to order. High-quality pastries. Excellent traditional bread. Reasonable prices for the location. A place to recommend for its service.

Poor work organization: only one person was serving bread and breakfast items while the queue grew longer, while another was slowly restocking the pastry shelf, which wasn't empty.

A great experience at La Maison Florent in Cabourg. The bakery offers a wide selection of breads, pastries, and cakes, with delicious and beautifully presented products. The shop is pleasant and the staff is welcoming. It's a good place to pick up bread or a sweet treat when visiting Cabourg. One small point for improvement: the restrooms had a slightly unpleasant odor during my visit. It would be a shame if this detracted from the overall experience, as the establishment is otherwise very pleasant. A good place overall.

Good breakfast deal, with hot and cold drinks and croissants, for a very reasonable price. We sat outside, which was very pleasant.

The bread is decent, but the service is disorganized. They need a manager in charge of sales. What a shame.

Excellent culinary experience and a very warm welcome. After reading some of the reviews, I hardly recognize the establishment I visited. This place is definitely worth a visit. I recommend that anyone who is hesitant come and see for themselves.

The raisin bread and Pépito cookies were undercooked. A shame, they looked so appetizing and were huge. The young woman serving the optional items was all smiles and good cheer.

Update 05/07/25 Well, things are improving with the pastries 🥐 finally, pastries like they used to be. Update 7/07/25 Croissants still so small! How dare you sell pastries this small!!! The saleswomen are still as unfriendly as ever. Update 26/04/25 Still the same, nothing changes. Management doesn't care about the feedback on their business. My wife went to get croissants. A real disaster, tiny. I think even frozen ones are going to get better. Basic strawberry tart. Strawberries and a tart base, nothing more. And the prices are going up without a second thought… This will be my last comment because I'm not going back. Update 15/02/25 How did things get to this point!!!! The pastries are a complete mess. The saleswomen are getting increasingly unfriendly, especially the one with glasses. I just don't understand it! I went from 5 stars 3 years ago to 1 star... It's such a shame this place is deteriorating over time. Update 10/25/23 Pay attention to the saleswomen's behavior and especially the baking of the bread and other items... when you ask for it undercooked, it's undercooked... well-cooked means not burnt... Please respect customers' choices and don't sigh after a simple request. I'm removing 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ Honestly, nothing to say except perfect bread and, best of all, the pastries 😋 a delight! Kudos to the person who makes the puff pastry.
