I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I arrived, with a warm and welcoming reception. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Nourzed Bouramoul. He went out of his way to help me with everything I needed and took the time to share great insights about Paris, recommending places to visit and things to experience.
When I raised a concern about one aspect of my room, Nourzed handled it with genuine care and immediately offered me an upgrade. His kindness, attentiveness, and personal approach made a real difference to my stay. He is a wonderful example of what great hospitality should feel like. We had a great stay at Maison Albar. Our first room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t love the room, so we asked if it was possible to change it. The team was very understanding and moved us to a much nicer room with a beautiful view.
A special thank you to Nourzed. He was very kind, helpful, and always had a smile. All of the staff were polite, friendly, and happy to help whenever we needed anything.
The location is excellent. Many of Paris’s main attractions are within walking distance, and there are lots of nice cafés and restaurants nearby.
We would definitely stay here again.
