Quand nous voyons les commentaires négatifs il faut impérativement que ces personnes s achètent un palais !!!

Always and again a cuisine with quality products, very inventive. I look forward to going back every time and enjoy it every time. Very good value for money and the welcome is always very warm and friendly.

Overall the dishes were good, but the meat was very spicy, and might not be to everyone's taste. The wines were very good.

I have never had such a good fish dish. Excellent sauce dishes. Everything was delicious from starter to dessert.

The food here was excellent. The photos show a salmon appetizer, beautifully presented, and the pork cooked in three ways main course: sausage, roast pork, roast suckling belly. Notice the spectacular shimmering sauce for the pork and tiny baby vegetables. Wonderful food. The one criticism was the long long delay between appetizer and main course for our visit. Nevertheless, overall an excellent dinner.

I happen to pass by this restaurant on my way to Petite Venice. Having noticed the Michelin 2021 sign on the door, I decided to give it a try with high expectations. I ordered a glass of 2018 Riesling to begin with. They brought a glass filled with 1/4 of wine, it was embarrassing to say the least. The main course was excellent in terms of presentation and flavor. Service? Not much at all. Not even once, the server came to check on me to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. I can see why they are no longer Michelin starred.

Points positifs : petite carte, foie gras de canard au Jurançon excellent, cuisson des poissons maîtrisée (omble chevalier et dos de lieu jaune), très bon pain.
Points négatifs : salle de restaurant très « old fashion », très sombre, chaises en bois inconfortables. Service extrêmement long. Gnocchis servis avec le dos de lieu jaune insipides.
