The flavors and raw materials are remarkable and each time I experience a culinary journey! Everything melts perfectly in your mouth, no flavor takes over. The sugar is perfectly measured and everything is expertly adjusted Their pastries are exceptional as are their savory products! I have never had a slice of pizza as good as the one at their place. I also tried a sandwich which was original (wholemeal/dark bread) and delicious!! Living next to the Marquise (fumisterie), I plan to come back because of all the surrounding areas (Chevilly + L'Hay) it is by far the best bakery!!! I thought I was crazy with the networks' enthusiasm for the business mentioned. Thank you boss for making me confirm that no! Those who criticize are really not fair and have forgotten what quality is 😘😘😘 Update: another great discovery with the rum baba, the vanilla millefeuille, the raspberry and the rosbeef sandwich! It’s so good that I always leave with a nice grade 😂😂! Some reviews like that of Ilian 2.0 are dishonest because their products are divine and my palate is fine! The only criticism I would make is regarding the roast beef sandwich, the mustard was a little too strong but the meat was very good!

It's really a very good bakery, without a doubt one of the best in the area, and undoubtedly the best in Hay les Roses.... Everything is very good, even very very good: salty, sweet, pastries, sandwiches, and above all choice and variety renewed every day. The crowds do not deceive the general appreciation. When reading most of the negative reviews, I have a clear impression of misinformation intended to hide the mediocrity of the competition.

Excellente qualité, les meilleurs pâtisseries de ma vie, et le meilleur croissant aux amandes aussi. L'accueil est efficace et chaleureux.

Une boulangerie victime de son succès. Faut avoir le courage de faire la queue. Les produits sont de bonne qualité. Le pain est top,nombreux choix de pâtisseries,viennoiseries,sandwichs... C'est frais,c'est bon mais ç'est un peu cher.
