At the back of the cathedral you will easily find a few restaurants including “la manufacture”. A beautiful terrace, on the sidewalk, from where you can admire the religious building. The staff here are friendly. For the service it seems to be the owner couple. For foreign customers, and they were almost the only tourists at the end of August, everyone is adapting to speaking English. Well done. Thank you also for your politeness towards everyone, even if you know that these are customers that you will probably never see again... The service is alert, the dishes are plentiful and very well cooked. Prices are within the local range. It’s good and we feel good, in a beautiful environment. Go for it !

Great welcome, great location, very very good food and top notch addition. Owner of the place super friendly and smiling. We went there twice in a row. I recommend this restaurant, a little hello from Morocco 😉

Call at 12:30 p.m. to reserve a table for 2 adults and 3 children, we were immediately accepted. Lunch on the terrace at the foot of the cathedral. Lunch menu for less than €20 for adults and very good children's menu too. Fast and quality service.

Excellent location right on the back of the cathedral, had fried mussels Normandy and Camembert, excellent. Punctual and courteous service. Attractive price.

Petit resto sympa, juste au pied de la cathédrale. Seul bémol: en bord de route, juste à côté de l'hôpital...un peu bruyant pour manger en terrasse. Sinon, serveur très agréable et accueillant. Un peu trop d'attente pour avoir le plat principal et ensuite, le dessert est arrivé très rapidement...Venus en couple, nous avons pris des moules frites. C'était excellent ! Mes moules normandes étaient délicieuses et les frites-maison un régal !

Passage familial à Bayeux pour le 80ème anniversaire du débarquement et déjeuner "sur le pouce" en famille à la Manufacture. Rien à dire ou plutôt que du bien voire très bien. Plats simples et goutus sur un fond d'accueil très cordial de même que le service. Croque monsieur excellent et hamburger à la normande fort apprécié de tous. Un sans fautes ! Ne passez pas votre chemin mais découvrez. PS: et pourtant le restaurant était plein...!!!
