We couldn't have received a warmer welcome: I simply mentioned when making the reservation that it was a wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to a suite and given our preferred table, complete with a thoughtful touch of chocolate printed with "Happy Anniversary." Of course, the food was perfect. The service was incredibly attentive and ensured we had a wonderful time. The setting is idyllic, with its marsh-like garden. The restaurant's large windows overlooking the birds will make you feel like royalty. Thank you!

A verdant haven in this magnificent region. The hotel and rooms are decorated in a very original and tasteful style. The service is highly professional and attentive. A gourmet restaurant offers high-quality and varied evening meals and breakfasts.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the spa and a very restful night in our beautiful room.
Dinner was excellent, with marvelous culinary discoveries in an exquisite setting.
We highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. I had ordered a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of flowers, which were delivered to our room upon arrival. After a truly exquisite dinner, a feast for both the eyes and the palate, we returned to our room with its veranda on stilts, overlooking the Briéronne countryside. The breakfast we had chosen the day before was brought to us at the agreed time, and we were able to enjoy it peacefully while watching the birds outside. No need for a television in such a setting! The staff were exceptionally kind, and we thank them for their hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to disconnect for a while.

Everything is quite magnificent, from the room to, of course, the dinner. It's hard to go to another restaurant after eating at La Mare aux Oiseaux. The staff, and especially the charming owner, make you feel welcome. Obviously, it's not for every budget, but such quality inevitably comes at a price.
