A very good restaurant with decent service.
Wines at reasonable prices.
We had the 7-course tasting menu for €160, which is definitely worth trying. We enjoyed it.

A superb 40m² suite with beautiful decor and a large, tastefully appointed bathroom.
A stunning restaurant with a glass ceiling that creates a feeling of spaciousness and openness.
The four-course menu was a delightful discovery, a feast for both the eyes and the palate (from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours).
The service was on par with the excellent food, complemented by the sommelier's insightful recommendations. A truly wonderful experience; thank you all for your warm welcome and kindness.

We couldn't have received a warmer welcome: I simply mentioned when making the reservation that it was a wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to a suite and given our preferred table, complete with a thoughtful touch of chocolate printed with "Happy Anniversary." Of course, the food was perfect. The service was incredibly attentive and ensured we had a wonderful time. The setting is idyllic, with its marsh-like garden. The restaurant's large windows overlooking the birds will make you feel like royalty. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the spa and a very restful night in our beautiful room.
Dinner was excellent, with marvelous culinary discoveries in an exquisite setting.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. I had ordered a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of flowers, which were delivered to our room upon arrival. After a truly exquisite dinner, a feast for both the eyes and the palate, we returned to our room with its veranda on stilts, overlooking the Briéronne countryside. The breakfast we had chosen the day before was brought to us at the agreed time, and we were able to enjoy it peacefully while watching the birds outside. No need for a television in such a setting! The staff were exceptionally kind, and we thank them for their hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to disconnect for a while.
