A wonderful discovery! This restaurant offers fresh, high-quality ingredients, with delicious and well-prepared dishes. The service is very pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The food was good and well-seasoned, the only slight drawback was the side dish, which wasn't in season, which was a shame. The bone marrow was very good, but there wasn't much of it. The tuna wasn't cooked to my liking (I wanted it seared on one side), but it was still very good! The staff was pleasant but not entirely attentive. It was worth the price; a good experience. A few minor details could be improved! Keep it up! It was enjoyable.

What a find! From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease, even though we'd just arrived after an 8-hour drive with two tired little monsters. It was incredibly comforting to know we were welcome, so a huge thank you for that. And what a treat! The pulled pork burger was simply sublime, the ravioli gratin with blue cheese was excellent, and a special mention goes to the homemade fries, which were truly delicious (and that's coming from someone from the north of France!). The Moscow Mule was perfectly balanced, and the white wine was incredibly easy to drink. They combine high-quality ingredients with genuine culinary expertise. I have nothing else to add; they absolutely deserve their rating, and I highly recommend you go there too.

30/06/2026: What a pleasure it was to stay at the Auberge des Montauds! We received a warm, welcoming, and friendly reception that immediately made us feel at home. Located above Villard-de-Lans, the inn offers a peaceful setting in the heart of nature. If you're looking for tranquility, greenery, and a real breath of fresh air, you'll be delighted. It's also a little paradise for motorcyclists. Our room, while modest in size, was very comfortable and perfectly suited to our stay. We also greatly appreciated the shaded terrace, ideal for enjoying the excellent half-board meals, which were generous and carefully prepared. Breakfast was equally delicious, varied, and plentiful—the perfect way to start the day. A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will gladly return to continue exploring this magnificent region. Brigitte & Serge
30/06/2026: What a great find! Passing through at the end of my motorcycle road trip, I truly enjoyed everything here. The location, quite secluded in Bois Barbu, is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. I love the layout of both the grounds and the inn itself. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The comfort is definitely appreciated. The half-board meals are home-cooked, prepared with quality ingredients. The dishes are appetizing and delicious. A garage is available for bicycles and motorcycles, which is a nice touch. A place to definitely remember in the area!
