A small restaurant opposite the train station in Belfort. Today it's cassoulet. Overcooked and cheesy! I respect the cook's philosophy, however, I think that an iconic dish like cassoulet deserves to be prepared according to tradition.

A restaurant just like everyone wants, a beautiful place, generous and truly delicious food, a calm and welcoming atmosphere – this restaurant is simply perfect for having a great time and enjoying a good meal with staff who take excellent care of their customers 👌 I highly recommend the shepherd's salad and the morel mushroom tarts 😍

A huge thank you to the manager for accommodating us at the last minute, without a reservation, on a Saturday night. The servers were fantastic, the food incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere very friendly.
In short, nothing to complain about, except that if we return to Belfort, we now have a place to eat!

Wow, we discovered the fried carp – it's delicious! The hamburgers are also excellent, and every time we've had a set menu, we've had a great meal.
The owners are incredibly friendly, and the service is impeccable. It's always a pleasure to visit this restaurant.
