We had a wonderful time at Aux Quais! The meal was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent and quick. The dishes were not only flavorful but also generous and original. Eating vegetarian or vegan is very easy; the vegan burger is a perfect balance of vegetable flavors with a lightly toasted and soft bun. The desserts were perfectly balanced. The decor is beautiful, with a focus on plants and a very gentle atmosphere. It was a very pleasant experience, and we will definitely be back!

The place was incredibly noisy and the food lacked flavor. There wasn't much on the plates either. 50 euros for two burgers and two drinks, one of which was non-alcoholic 🥲 What a shame

A truly wonderful place; we had a fantastic time with friends. The cocktails and food were delicious. A special thank you to our waitress (Tika, I believe) for her professionalism, energy, and smile.

Having recently arrived in the area, we discovered this restaurant by chance. And what a wonderful find it was! The food was made with quality ingredients, the service was excellent, and despite the crowd, our waitress always had a smile. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.

10/04/2026: Truly one of the best restaurants in Belfort. The ingredients are incredibly fresh! I had the salmon, which was perfectly cooked and pearly white. They even added a lovely touch to my crème brûlée for my birthday, which was always appreciated. The service was impeccable and the staff very friendly. In short, a restaurant not to be missed; I'll be back very soon.
09/04/2026: Excellent! I went for the fried carp, and it was delicious. I also saw the other dishes. I recommend it and will be back.
