Truly one of the best restaurants in Belfort. The ingredients are incredibly fresh! I had the salmon, which was perfectly cooked and pearly white. They even added a lovely touch to my crème brûlée for my birthday, which was always appreciated. The service was impeccable and the staff very friendly. In short, a restaurant not to be missed; I'll be back very soon.

A small restaurant opposite the train station in Belfort. Today it's cassoulet. Overcooked and cheesy! I respect the cook's philosophy, however, I think that an iconic dish like cassoulet deserves to be prepared according to tradition.

29/03/2026: A wonderful discovery for families, I highly recommend it. The food is truly excellent and the service is top-notch.
07/03/2026: The place was incredibly noisy and the food lacked flavor. There wasn't much on the plates either. 50 euros for two burgers and two drinks, one of which was non-alcoholic 🥲 What a shame
