Everything is perfect. Refined dishes, but not "pretentious." You eat your five fruits and vegetables without even thinking about it... Calm atmosphere and top-notch service.

It was a lovely time shared by two. The dining room is pleasant, although the music could perhaps be turned down a bit. The service is impeccable. The cuisine is refined; however, we would have appreciated slightly more vegetables in the dishes. The plates were hot, but the food was barely warm.

25/04/2026: We had a terrific dinner here overlooking the Seine. Including the best fish meal ever (after traveling across six continents) of turbot with a shrimp and caramel sauce served on a delicate French toast. Sounds weird but when it hit my tongue I had was speechless! Great service too!
