Excellent gourmet restaurant. We were surprised by the variety of dishes, textures, and aromas. It was a true feast for the senses. Each dish was explained, beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. We will gladly return.

What a meal we had La Marmite! It was fantastic! Why? All the produce was so fresh, served with great attention to detail, and we were served by the staff who knew everything about the food on our plates. From Fois Gras to sumptuous deserts. A meal we will never forget and we will return for more again and again.

Always a warm welcome and excellent service; the dishes are clearly described as soon as they arrive at the table.
We had the cold foie gras and duck carpaccio as starters, the pork pluma and duckling as main courses, and the lemon-basil dessert. Always delicious, with a special mention for the sauces and the herbs/flowers that enhance the dishes. A truly excellent restaurant for discerning palates.

Minimalist, elegant decor, and a courteous, polite, and unobtrusive dining manager (perhaps the owner?). Modern cuisine uses fresh ingredients, expertly incorporating sprouts and herbs. A quality wine cellar, including organic and sulfites-free wines, is available. Prices are reasonable for the quality.

A truly excellent gastronomic establishment where the flavors are showcased and clearly identifiable. The price is in line with the menu, and they have a small but superb 2018 Aloxe-Corton available.
