We received a very warm welcome on a weekday evening for a group of about 30 people.
Seated in a private room, it was very pleasant. The pizzas and service were perfect!

Having frequented La Médicis for its welcoming atmosphere and pleasant ambiance, we were truly disappointed with our visit last night. We had a reservation for 7:15 pm. We barely had time to open the menu before the waiter asked us to choose, claiming it was "an order from management." Five minutes later, our pizzas arrived, without even having time to enjoy an aperitif. The waiter's mission was clearly to clear the table as quickly as possible. It's a shame, because this waiter, whom we regularly see, is always very attentive to his customers. I think management should take a hard look at themselves.

The pizzeria is now good.
It used to be excellent, but it's lost a bit of its edge in recent years.
The waiter spent 10 minutes explaining the difference between a soft and a chocolate fondant while letting loose right in front of our noses. A lovely smell of poop wafted through our desserts—brilliant!

Too many people, too noisy, service mediocre, we booked a table when we got there it hasn't been recorded (a bit embarassing) the food isn't that great plenty better places to eat from in Caen

Great restaurant, delicious meal.
My only comments are that the tables were a little too close together and that the dish, while very good, could have been a bit more generous! The staff were lovely, we'll be back!
