Excellent restaurant! The chef is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and generous. I tried the lamb's head twice: impeccable each time, truly flawless. The dish was very clean, without a single hair, and the chef explained all the work he goes into to achieve this result. The side dishes were superb. I highly recommend it!
