Requested an urgent document two weeks ago and still nothing! Despite my follow-up emails, the website is useless; you can't even download the requested document. No one answers the phone either. Unbelievable! 🤦‍♀️ Update: I finally received the requested document. Unfortunately, the people we manage to reach by phone can only pass on messages and cannot handle requests directly.
