Positive points: Fairly friendly staff Very good products (especially the mashed potato cookies) Negative points: The prices, perhaps a little high in my opinion. Sometimes the amount of coffee isn't quite right compared to the size of the cup. Otherwise, a very good place. I like going there because I know I'll get a good meal, so it's a pleasure. Keep it up! Just a better quality/price ratio, for example, pastries with better flavor or slightly lower prices, would be perfect.

The pastries and breads are really good however, they lean on the pricey side. I have to rate the service 3-star because the staff seems to have no grasp on basic English words. It was so hard to place our order, considering Tarbes is a tourist destination, especially for non-French speaking pilgrims en route to Lourdes. The cafe has limited dining tables and chairs located on a busy sidewalk so keep an eye on your personal belongings.

The new chocolate hazelnut galette really disappointed us; every year we buy galettes to celebrate a birthday, and the Chocaline galette from previous years was far better, so it's a real shame.

I find that their breads 🍞 (especially the crust) are not cooked enough!! Too bad because the staff is friendly and professional 🌞
