27/08/2026: Excellent welcome, very good tasting

13/09/2026: Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed your menu. I discovered the middle room, which I didn't find very pleasant. In the future, if you have the opportunity, it would be greatly appreciated by your customers if you could change the address of your restaurant. I suspect this isn't necessarily feasible. Well done to the whole team. I will certainly return many times.

12/09/2026: We had a wonderful time as a family, the meal was delicious, and the value for money was excellent, with several thoughtful touches throughout the meal; the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it! Thank you again, we will be back.

27/03/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant, as the chefs' inventiveness is unparalleled. From cocktails to desserts, everything is subtly balanced. The delicate Asian influences provide a constantly renewed delight. Thimothé's service is impeccable, elevating the dishes with remarkably precise and original wine pairings. A must-visit in Tarbes and the surrounding area.

19/02/2026: A place where you immediately feel at ease.

16/09/2026: Personally, I spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, eventually becoming the manager of a franchised restaurant. Returning to Tarbes every year, I was served by Adam, a genuinely kind and attentive waiter—truly nothing to criticize about him. The team and the restaurant are all top-notch. You can tell there's a great atmosphere within the team, and that's essential; this team doesn't forget it. 🙂🙂 Best of luck to everyone!

15/09/2026: Excellent service, thank you Guillaume!

25/09/2026: Dinner for two. Absolutely excellent. Generous and delicious portions. We had the salad of the day as a starter, the octopus as a main course, and the tart of the day for dessert. The patio out back is lovely. I highly recommend it.

06/09/2026: If you're looking for a restaurant with fresh, homemade ingredients, right down to the ketchup and mayonnaise, L'Amuse Bouche is the place to go! We were delighted and have become regular customers. The owner who serves you is very warm and always smiling! A real treat and always a warm welcome!

23/08/2026: 🥩 A superb spot for meat lovers We booked a table for 11 at L’Authentique in Tarbes to celebrate a birthday, and we had a fantastic evening! 🎂🥳 I ordered the royal ribeye steak, and honestly… it was amazing! 🥩🔥 The meat was excellent, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed it, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. A great place to eat in Tarbes, especially for meat lovers! We will definitely be back. Well done to the whole team at L’Authentique! 👌😋

09/09/2026: When the simple pleasures of life meet the refined experience of a chef in a warm and authentic setting... what a joy!

02/09/2026: Fantastic restaurant in the heart of Tarbes, in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful dinner on the terrace last night. The food was excellent. The ribeye and tournedos were perfectly cooked. The desserts were delicious. Thank you to the servers, and especially to the charming young brunette with the lovely accent. We will gladly return on our next visit to Tarbes.

08/09/2026: We came to eat at this place, very good food at a very good price!! We were very well served by a young, dark-haired man in a purple t-shirt (September 7th). Thank you for your welcome. We ate on the terrace, and during the meal, the only major drawback was the smell of the nearby garbage! It bothered me towards the end... Otherwise, I recommend this place.

24/08/2026: We had a fantastic time at the Maubourguet festival this weekend thanks to the Galopins! Despite the huge crowds, they kept things running smoothly. Well done to everyone for all your hard work and good cheer! The duck was excellent, thank you!

12/08/2026: A very good restaurant that we like to return to whenever we're in Tarbes, despite the service which always makes us feel like we're bothering them! For us, it will be the last time, given that dogs aren't allowed, which I understand.

02/08/2026: A refined, family-run restaurant. The unusual service provided by the young son, around ten years old, is inconsistent with this type of establishment! The welcome and service were not particularly warm. The menu is gourmet and varied, but expensive.

12/09/2026: A must-visit in Tarbes! My father and I, both confirmed food lovers, were consistently impressed by the quality of the food and service. Look no further for an Asian restaurant: Asia is the place!

27/08/2026: A real trip down memory lane! I've been going to this restaurant since I was a little girl, and having not been back for ten years after moving, what a joy it was to rediscover my childhood favorites as well as some new flavors. You can still see the chef's signature touch that I adore, with her expertise intact. The service was just as I remembered: always impeccable and very pleasant. Special mention for the dessert: an Indian mango, coconut, and chocolate crepe that was absolutely divine! I highly recommend it.

10/09/2025: Clean, very good quality products, satisfactory service

15/08/2025: Go there with your eyes closed, they are great.

17/07/2026: A really lovely spot for a great evening with family or friends: the appetizers/tapas to share (or not) are delicious, and the main courses are absolutely excellent. Special mentions for the grilled cuttlefish, the scallops, and the burger. ❤️❤️❤️ We'd already been there as a couple, and this time we came back as a family. We'll definitely be back! 👍

15/07/2026: Dinner, set menu for €25. The service was very good and quick. The value for money was quite good, in line with market prices. I recommend it.

26/09/2026: 💥Perfect!!!! My new favorite spot in Tarbes!!!! 😉 Tapas, wine, meat, everything is impeccable for a lovely evening!!! ✌️ Thank you to the friendly and smiling team!!!
