14/04/2026: Superb restaurant in Tarbes! If you stumble upon it by chance, you'll return with pleasure. The dishes are excellent, with plenty of choice, all à la carte, at very reasonable prices. You can create a meal for a small fee, or a little more depending on your choices! A large terrace welcomes those who want to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, and there's a lovely dining room inside. I would describe this place as bistronomic, as there are dishes that would be right at home in a fine dining restaurant. There's a daily special starting at €12.90, and starters from the menu starting at €2.50. Fabulous desserts include tarte tatin (€4.90), homemade chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, and more. A special mention goes to the delicious confit lamb shank on a bed of crushed potatoes that we enjoyed for Easter; we hope they add it to their menu soon! The baby squid in their garlic sauce are a real treat! I also love their sweet potato fries—crispy and surprisingly not greasy at all! The excellent chef is quite the character! The waitresses and waiters are attentive and always smiling! It's a joy to come here, and keep coming back! I highly recommend this place.

The delicate Asian influences provide a constantly renewed delight. Thimothé's service is impeccable, elevating the dishes with remarkably precise and original wine pairings. A must-visit in Tarbes and the surrounding area.

03/04/2026: We organized a company lunch, and it was perfect. The tapas were excellent as a starter, followed by a choice of a quality cut of beef or seared scallops, and delicious desserts. The best thing about this restaurant is the quality of its fresh ingredients and the fact that everything is homemade, which isn't always the case these days with all the restaurant chains. Here you'll find all the authenticity of a quality bistro-brasserie.

27/03/2026: Excellent! Although we're from Tarbes, we hadn't been back to this restaurant for at least 20 years… Very indulgent—it lives up to its name—and very pleasant! Rich and hearty dishes made with very fresh, local ingredients. A good selection of local wines, especially if you like Madiran. Delicious desserts without being too sweet. In short: go!

I called again today to ask if it was available for three, and even though it was fully booked, the manager found me a table without any trouble – great service! 😁 The food was excellent (pulled duck burger and beef tartare), and the desserts were just as good. The food is excellent, especially the very tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat served with forest-style potatoes. The portions are very generous, and the desserts are delicious. The staff is very friendly and all gentlemen, which I think is a great touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the team.
