Special thanks to Lucie, who was very kind and efficient. A restaurant to enjoy before the Michelin Guide crushes it.

The delicate Asian influences provide a constantly renewed delight. Thimothé's service is impeccable, elevating the dishes with remarkably precise and original wine pairings. A must-visit in Tarbes and the surrounding area.

30/07/2026: Hearty and expertly prepared dishes. The rare ribeye was cooked to perfection, as was the duck breast. The meats were incredibly tender, and the side dishes were excellent.
Large and generously portioned plates. We came based on the reviews, and we have no regrets!

For us, it will be the last time, given that dogs aren't allowed, which I understand.

The unusual service provided by the young son, around ten years old, is inconsistent with this type of establishment!
The welcome and service were not particularly warm.
The menu is gourmet and varied, but expensive.

27/08/2026: The service was very friendly, to be honest. Without realizing it, I think we arrived a little late, as it was lunchtime for us, but people in this area tend to eat earlier. Even so, they welcomed us and offered us some options. All the waiters were incredibly kind.
27/08/2026: Perfect except for a small error with the service. Quickly forgotten (young people for the summer). Excellent value for money.
You can go there with complete confidence.

02/08/2026: Great little venue. The manager was incredibly friendly and we had a fantastic evening. The comedian was amazing, I highly recommend it!
18/07/2026: Scheduled meeting time: 10:30 PM. At 10:45 PM, we are still waiting outside.
It's 11:00 PM and the show still hasn't started. Don't make any plans afterward, or you risk having to cancel due to the excessive delay.
The actual start and end times of the "show" can be helpful for all "clients" to plan their evening.
