It's okay in a pinch, but nothing more. Disappointed with the snack; the salad was neither attractive nor fresh. And unfortunately, the servers were there to serve, nothing more, and remained completely unresponsive to our complaint...

A handy little bakery. However, the sign says they closed at 7:30 PM. I went there at 7:08 PM, and a young woman greeted me by saying: WE'RE CLOSED!!! Miss, politeness is very important. Especially when you close before the advertised hours…

A super friendly atmosphere with young people who are always laughing, and it's very contagious. They work with a smile, which is becoming rare. I especially loved the crookiz, which I'd never seen before, and the only young waitress I met this afternoon who had the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. I'll definitely be back. 5/5

It's difficult for me to rate a large chain, but the one in Thonon is alright, not bad at all. It's a good option for a quick bite, with a decent selection of sandwiches, pastries, coffee, drinks, and even bread. And now they make organic bread, which I really appreciate! 😊
