Savoyard fondue for two with a charcuterie platter and salad... Delicious! A fantastic team with excellent service. I highly recommend it! A must-try! 😍😍

Then there's L’Étable du Savoyard. Here, nothing feels forced. Nothing seems contrived to artificially seduce the visitor. The establishment sincerely embraces the culinary traditions of Haute-Savoie, not as a marketing ploy, but as a deeply rooted and self-evident truth. And this is immediately apparent. The place possesses that rare charm of truly lived-in spaces. A warm, understated Savoyard décor, where wood, materials, and atmosphere combine to create a coherent, almost comforting whole. You don't simply enter a restaurant… but an atmosphere. A genuine one. The welcome, for its part, fully contributes to this feeling. A natural conviviality, a sincere closeness, the impression of being received more as a guest than as a mere customer. A family atmosphere in the truest sense of the word, one that soothes rather than stifles. But perhaps the most remarkable aspect is the respect for local culinary traditions. In an era where so many establishments strive to modernize, reinvent, or deconstruct to excess, it's almost reassuring to see a restaurant fully embrace its identity. Savoyard cuisine doesn't need reinvention when it's prepared with integrity. And that evening, it was. You leave L’Étable du Savoyard with that now rare feeling: that of having shared a genuine, simple, warm, and profoundly human experience rooted in the land.

15/05/2026: Tested during a group trip with a set menu. The meal was generally good. The vol-au-vent was good. I received a poor-quality piece of beef, very gelatinous, but the creamy polenta was excellent. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The dining room was noisy.

01/05/2026: It's difficult for me to rate a large chain, but the one in Thonon is alright, not bad at all. It's a good option for a quick bite, with a decent selection of sandwiches, pastries, coffee, drinks, and even bread. And now they make organic bread, which I really appreciate! 😊

23/05/2026: The owner was very friendly, and the waitress was just as lovely. Since we don't eat meat, the chef even added some extra cheese to our pizzas. The terrace is peaceful. The pizzas are generously topped, and the crust is a nice change from what we're used to. A very pleasant experience. Thank you so much for your kindness.

We were seated at a table for eight… We were asked if we could seat one more person, which we politely agreed to (a common occurrence, according to the person who served us). I was served at the same time as the gentleman, and my partner was served several minutes later… Therefore, Madam, it is important to accept feedback; it is precisely what allows you to improve.

18/04/2026: Yvoire isn't the only place where you can enjoy delicious perch fillets. Special mention goes to the tiramisu – a true culinary delight. Thanks again to the whole team.
