Never disappointed by the frogs' legs. Perfect mastery of cooking and seasoning, with the essential quality of the ingredients. The legs are plump without being enormous. For me, they are among the best in the region. Overall, it's simple, traditional cuisine, with a Lyonnaise influence, but with a focus on quality products. For example, in the Lyonnaise salad, the lardons are flavorful and firm, "charcutière-style," not the watery, mass-produced lardons with a standardized taste that you generally find in most restaurants. The dessert menu is concise and lacks originality, even a bit old-fashioned in the case of the frozen fruits, but it's in keeping with the style of cuisine and doesn't detract from their quality. The welcome is friendly, and in the summer, the shaded terrace is very pleasant. Parking is easy.
