22/01/2025: A very pleasant moment, a delicious meal: Veal sweetbreads and grilled octopus followed by scallops and prawns and to finish in style tatin flambé with calvados, in front of us. An impeccable welcome and service. A discreet presence of the chef who is concerned about the satisfaction of his customers An address that we recommend and we will return to taste other dishes.

18/01/2025: We ate Casoulette (€27), which is a typical Carcassonne dish and was delicious. It is a hearty dish of white beans with duck and sausage but the type cannot be identified. He was very well prepared. They serve it fresh out of the oven. My partner ordered the weekend menu that included dessert (I think €34?) A delicious cheesecake of a perfect size. We share it. The friendly treatment. I think a thousand improvements could be made to make the place visually more welcoming and combine perfectly with the delicious food. By the way, now looking at the photos I remember that they gave us a complimentary starter. I recommend this site!
