La paillote sur Le Grau-Du-Roi

26/01/2025: The staff was very friendly and gave me two amuse bouche as a freebie, and even when I said I wouldn't eat dessert, they gave it to me as a freebie :) I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably because the 4-5 employees who passed by without a single person kept asking me if the taste was good, if I was eating well, if I needed anything else, and if I needed anything, I could call them at any time! Plat was of course delicious 😊

19/01/2025: It is difficult to find a real and good bouillabaisse between Marseille and Nice, like the one from my childhood. I found one after the covid in a small restaurant from the sixties in Salins d'Hyères, facing the sharp fishermen. And then a few days ago, one of my fellow journalists from a famous Marseille daily made me discover and love the temple of bouillabaisse located on the tourist artery of the Phocaean capital, the quay of the port. Nirvana is this excellent restaurant where you are very well received and served with a wonderful feminine smile. What to say? Nothing with a mouth full of flavors! Only happiness and selfish pleasure in front of this little maritime masterpiece! I finally found my beautiful bouillabaisse, surely the best I have tasted in the last twenty years. A big thank you to the chef and the entire Miramar team. A beautiful business card in favor of Marseille and its legendary boil.
