An intimate restaurant, Italian-style or not. Real, traditional cuisine, slow-cooked, seasoned, and full of flavor. The service? It's the owner, the butler: a heart of gold. You have to get used to his frank and direct humor, but I love it and thoroughly enjoy it… For connoisseurs!

Great little Italian restaurant right next to Place de Metz! Delicious food at very reasonable prices. Small, quiet, and shaded terrace. Warm welcome from André. I highly recommend it.

This little restaurant doesn't look like much, but my daughter, husband, and I had a wonderful time. The food seems home-style, the dishes are good, the owner is friendly, and the small wooden terrace is very pleasant.

A wonderful experience at La Palestria. We gave late notice, arrived late, and were a large group, but we still received a very warm welcome. The dishes were beautifully prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. We highly recommend the atmosphere. Well done and thank you for everything.

A warm welcome and excellent home cooking. Everything is fresh. A selection of well-chosen dishes, always delicious and generous. Special mention for the flambéed cognac sauce. An intimate place that deserves to be better known. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Pizzeria des Halles

11/07/2026: We were warmly welcomed at this restaurant. The service was quick and attentive. The pizzas were delicious, with a thin and crispy crust. For dessert, we chose the French toast with salted caramel: it was absolutely divine. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. People chat amongst themselves and are very friendly to those who aren't from the area. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
