La Palette sur Wettolsheim

The highlight is the restaurant. They set the bar so high that we didn't enjoy any other restaurant for the rest of our stay in Alsace. The hotel itself is simple, but clean and nicely decorated with artwork. The service is impeccable—pleasant, helpful, and warm. It's a real treat and almost a rarity these days to find this level of quality in tourist areas.

No swimming pool. The rooms are a bit bland. Nevertheless, we had a good night's sleep. The restaurant isn't anything special; I found it very basic and average considering the price. The positive point is the large parking lot. So my opinion is rather mixed. I think it's a bit expensive for what's offered, but it wasn't unpleasant.

My main focus is on the restaurant. The hotel itself isn't quite up to 3-star standards, but the bedding is excellent, and everything is very decent overall—nothing fancy. It's true the breakfast is a bit basic, but not a deal-breaker for us, and all the staff are lovely! Getting back to the restaurant, what a marvel! 🤩 The staff are top-notch (friendly, attentive, and professional). Thank you to them. The cuisine is expertly prepared and of very high quality, both in its inventiveness and flavors, with generous portions to boot. You won't leave hungry. Thank you to the chef! Excellent value for money.

We highly recommend La Palette for a wedding! The entire team was absolutely wonderful, remarkably kind and professional. The staff were attentive and extremely accommodating, particularly in their flexibility with the schedule on our wedding day, which greatly contributed to the smooth running of the day. A huge thank you also for the attention to detail in the meals: the vegetarian and vegan options were carefully prepared, delicious, and just as sophisticated as the other dishes, and all allergies were taken into account with seriousness and kindness. All our guests felt valued, which is rare and precious. A flawless, warm, and delightful experience that we will never forget. Thank you to the entire team at La Palette for helping make our wedding such a success!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant with friends. The service was impeccable, with excellent staff. The chef even came to greet us at the beginning of our meal. We will definitely be back soon.

Frankly, given the state of the bathrooms, it's not a 3-star hotel for us. The room was spacious with a good bed, but the carpet was questionable, the bathroom had no heating, the walls were moldy, the mirror was broken, and the toilet bowl was black. It's a shame I can't post photos. On the other hand, the restaurant was very good and the location was excellent for the Christmas markets.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Large room. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive (it's just a shame it's extra; it would be nice if it were included in the room rate).
