Les meilleurs restaurants en Wettolsheim

02/05/2026: The highlight is the restaurant. They set the bar so high that we didn't enjoy any other restaurant for the rest of our stay in Alsace. The hotel itself is simple, but clean and nicely decorated with artwork. The service is impeccable—pleasant, helpful, and warm. It's a real treat and almost a rarity these days to find this level of quality in tourist areas.

20/04/2026: No swimming pool. The rooms are a bit bland. Nevertheless, we had a good night's sleep. The restaurant isn't anything special; I found it very basic and average considering the price. The positive point is the large parking lot. So my opinion is rather mixed. I think it's a bit expensive for what's offered, but it wasn't unpleasant.

16/06/2026: I used to always leave a tip. I loved coming to this place for the ambiance and the delicious food. Ah, those salmon tagliatelle, to die for... unfortunately, they're no longer on the menu... new owner... the food is still good, but the service really needs improvement. Our aperitifs were slow to arrive and, of course, not as fresh by the time we drank them. We asked for another round, mentioning that we'd like them a bit fresher... again, it took a while to serve them, and they were brought to us at the same time as our main course... oops, not very logical! We quickly drank them before our main course got cold... then we asked for bread, which wasn't served with our food... more patience required... and finally, it arrived just as we were finishing our meal... what a shame about all the poor organization... Naturally, we were a bit disappointed... it didn't deserve a tip :( !

15/06/2026: On a business trip with colleagues this Friday at 8:45 pm, we found one of the only restaurants in the Colmar area that would accept a small group of four. For my part, I have no regrets; Bibalaskas was excellent. Three other colleagues would have liked a tarte flambée, but it's not the restaurant's specialty, so they ordered the same dish as the people at the next table, with whom we struck up a conversation: a goat cheese salad. We saw all the dishes being served, and they were very well served, as were ours. No regrets whatsoever, except that we would have liked to continue the evening with the staff. At the end of service, we had a drink together, and they were very professional throughout, despite the crowd. So, a big thank you and well done! I won't hesitate to go back for my next trip.
