This is a true beauty! Just so beautiful and what a wonderful welcome from all the staff. True original Corsican beauty. The dinner was absolutely delicious and the choice of Corsican wines were amazing. This is an absolute must!

A fantastic experience at La Signoria! Everything was perfect: the warm welcome and kindness of the staff, the newly renovated room, and the beautiful grounds. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but truly everything was perfect. I didn't get a chance to try the Joia restaurant, which had just opened (I understand there was a recent change of chef). We will definitely be back!
