Very hospitable owner, nothing too much. Can learn a lot from it. Nice food, really great..👍🏻I don't know the rooms because I didn't sleep there... . . It should be noted that Sunday would also be open during the day. But these promises were wrong. Closed all day...that's a shame😔

09/12/2024: Well, nice, even if this time it was a little noisy with a large festive table. But that’s also the principle of this cool place.
01/12/2024: Guaranteed cha-cha-cha atmosphere, Latin music and exotic decor. Possibility of eating outside or inside, near the Victor Hugo market, an emblematic place in Toulouse. A copious and complete menu. Tapas, meats… we have the choice. Quality and quantity! Varied wine list with great offerings. Young and dynamic team. THANKS ! Ps: Be careful with the price we set, we always treat ourselves!

24/08/2024: Excellent welcome and presentation, the staff is warm and the service fast (mention for the Parisian sandwich which is a little architectural treasure of ingenuity that would make this imposter Baron Haussman turn green with jealousy)
