A very large bakery, well located and with parking, which is convenient. It's clear the products are mostly mass-produced, but the bread I bought was still good. The staff are friendly and welcoming. One minor drawback regarding the service: the pastries are handled without gloves, which is rather surprising from a hygiene standpoint.

I came here randomly and I was surprised by the large selection of food. The lovely staff that helped me spoke great English and took upon here time to help me select my sandwich.

The price displayed was not applied at the register. When you point this out, they tell you that the price you paid was correct. When you remind them that regulations stipulate the price displayed is the price sold, the cashier laughs in your face. No toilet paper in the restrooms… A first experience I won't repeat.

Chalet Refuge de Mayères

12/08/2026: A truly beautiful spot with panoramic views. The restaurant at the Mayeres refuge was fantastic, with a superb, generous, and delicious menu – everything was perfect. The welcome was warm, and even the large, very affectionate sheepdog was there. A huge thank you for everything; we will be back – the families from Sallanches and Angers. Have a wonderful summer in your beautiful mountains.
06/08/2026: Hello, My brother, myself, and my dog ​​arrived at this mountain refuge after a good 1.5-hour hike, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. We were greeted by very friendly young waiters and enjoyed delicious, generously portioned mountain cuisine at a very reasonable price: €26 for a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. Remember to book ahead, as they only cook for the number of plates reserved. We were lucky; they had prepared a few extra. Thank you for your hospitality and for the digestif! 🏔️🏔️🏔️

La Braconne

13/08/2026: A wonderful family time at La Braconne. The setting is idyllic, with an incredible view of Mont Blanc, impeccable service, and absolutely delicious food. I tried the lamb chops and the Sérac dessert—simply divine. Highly recommended! Thank you for this lovely time, I'll be back!
