I came here randomly and I was surprised by the large selection of food. The lovely staff that helped me spoke great English and took upon here time to help me select my sandwich.

The price displayed was not applied at the register. When you point this out, they tell you that the price you paid was correct. When you remind them that regulations stipulate the price displayed is the price sold, the cashier laughs in your face. No toilet paper in the restrooms… A first experience I won't repeat.

I've rarely seen a traditional baguette made so poorly according to baking traditions. Even my bread at home has a more open crumb. It's a shame, the croissants were good.

28/07/2026: For us, the daily special was €19.50, a nice little medley of things. Not very generous; it's the first time I've ever seen fries in a ramekin... Everything was good, but we were left wanting more considering the cost of the ingredients. And then a little surprise on the bill: €12 for a pint of Affligem beer? Initially, we were very impressed by the welcome and the location, but then disappointed by the service and the lack of attention to detail. A good experience nonetheless, thanks to my dining companion and the beautiful terrace!
12/07/2026: The amuse-bouche was a bit light, with three slices of bread so thin that the sauce seeped through. However, the yogurt and cucumber sauce was excellent. The burger was perfect. The chocolate dessert had a very appealing description but was actually quite light, lacking something a bit crispier, for example. The price was a little low for the quality, but overall very good.

08/03/2026: We ate on the sunny terrace. A wonderful time with excellent food and homemade desserts. Go there, you won't be disappointed.
