Good cuisine with great taste, very helpful and smiling waitress

We enjoyed ourselves. What more can I say?

We came to discover the cuisine of the new chef (since May 2024) one evening during the week. The meal was very good, original flavors that we liked. The service rather fast. A little disappointed with the absence of a menu in the evening, it's a la carte. On the other hand, we were very surprised by the price of the drinks (cocktails at 10€ why not even if the range is high in the bocage, but Ricard at 6€? Local beer 33cl at 7.5€? Fruit juice 25cl at 9€? Orangina in 25cl at 6€? Diabolo cheaper than a water syrup?...). We informed this at the time of the bill. I think you should take a look at the surrounding restaurants to see the prices of the drinks ;)

Attention gastronomes, gourmands, epicureans and those curious about new experiences. The Chef and his team take us to a simple and refined place where each plate transports you into a beautiful story. I liked the play of textures, the right seasoning, the presentation and the audacity of the proposals. A simple menu (choice of 3 starters 3 main courses 1 cheese 3 desserts), of high quality and diversity. It's been a long time since I've been surprised like this. THANKS.

le restaurant la Parenthèse du chef Tristan est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Formule du midi est la moins chère de l'ensemble des restaurants de Flers avec une super qualité parfaite. Il y a aussi une belle carte avec du choix pour le midi et le soir. Je viens très souvent depuis le changement de propriétaire. Je suis Maître cuisinier depuis plus de 30 ans. Et je pense que Tristan deviendra rapidement un grand chef étoilé dans en Normandie. Messieurs les guides une petite visite est obligatoire. Bravo au chef pour cette belle cuisine gourmande et créative.
