La Parenthèse sur Bordeaux

Charming restaurant where I sat on the terrace because the sight of the pancakes made me want it! Thank you for the welcome and the know-how of this restaurant in the city center for its hospitality and for not having lost the basis of catering, that is to say: Quality service-affordable prices-Generous and good cuisine. Thanks in particular to Marc who knew how to put my friend and me at ease, and thank you for his smile and his wonderful welcome! I was able to talk with him and he is a charming person! The next time I visit Bordeaux, I will come back! Thank you to the team for taking care of us during our visit.

A charming place. Super friendly service and very good food, they have a wide menu of crepes and they all look great, the ones we tried were delicious

We found this place by chance since we already had another option where we were going. The flavor of the crepe is very good, with vegetarian options. We ordered a vegan crepe to which we asked for an egg to be added. Very rich flavor. The crepe was made of buckwheat, very fine and with a very good flavor. We also ordered a sweet homemade chocolate crepe with chantilly to share. If you like very sweet crepes, perhaps this is not the option because the chocolate is pure and the chantillí (cream) has a sour and not so sweet flavor. The combination of Nutella and Chantilly would be better if you have a sweet tooth. The service is very good and the atmosphere is pleasant. The decoration is curious.

We went there for a snack. The pancakes are made in front of us. They are therefore fresh and smell good when cooked. However, mine was way too loaded with Nutella and it was disgusting for me. I had to press on the pancake to get the excess out.

I came for the first time yesterday afternoon with my little sister and my partner Really warm welcome, we really feel at home. The waitress was so nice, and the cook so talented! She even let my partner film how she made the pancakes (it was her first time eating pancakes!) The crepes/galettes are delicious! Really! We’ll come back the next time we’re in Bordeaux!

Good welcome by a friendly lady. Quick ordering, drinks and food arrived very quickly too. The Pyrenean is very good (the crepe a little overcooked for my taste but otherwise very good). Small downside for the lack of space on the table which is very narrow (three on a table of four our plates touched each other as well as our glasses).

Good welcome. Fast and efficient cooking. Good value for money Small problem: The wait for the last pancake on the table was a bit long. There is not enough space on the table.. in the photo it is obvious my plate was a third empty.. An effort must be made on communication between the kitchen and the dining room (the start of service must be done in a calm manner, customers do not have to know that one of the cooks will be eating the same Nutella pancake in the dining room as one of the customers )

Very good crepes and top service. The cook is so precise that he reproduces the omelette twice identically.
