A wonderful discovery! This restaurant offers a varied menu that changes every two weeks. The presentation was lovely and the food was delicious. The service was pleasant. Excellent value for money!

The foie gras is definitely worth the trip, and it's a rare find. 😀 A wonderful experience and a great discovery. Enjoying the outdoors with the weather was perfect. A lovely terrace, excellent dishes, and a flexible daily specials board. Affordable wines and a well-considered, sensible selection. I highly recommend it. Add to that the delightful, attentive, efficient, and super professional service. I truly recommend it. Thank you!

First time we've been disappointed by La Parenthèse. We were seated in a small room with only four tables and no music like in the main dining room. Through the window, we could smell cigarette smoke from the staff outside. There was a long wait between courses (when we went to pay, the bartender explained they had one less cook that evening). Otherwise, the food was still excellent.

27/09/2026: Restaurant where the food is mainly based on fresh vegetables
24/07/2026: My go-to spot when I'm in Nantes! Refined, healthy, and incredibly delicious cuisine! The decor is magnificent, the place is calm and pleasant, and the welcome from Myriam and the chef is fantastic! I recommend it 100%!
