La Parenthèse sur Frotey-Les-Vesoul

A very pleasant restaurant. The owner is very attentive to his customers. The meal was very good and generous. The dishes are original. This restaurant is definitely worth the trip.

A very friendly welcome and a warm setting. The fried carp, local please, is a real delight, and served as much as you can. But from the start, the plate is generous. Asking for more would be either excessive gluttony or sin. The daily special is not lacking either. Located along the N57, it's an easy stopover. Leaving Vesoul towards Luxeuil, park 50m before the restaurant; an access ramp allows you to do so.

A lovely roadside find in a road trip through France ! The owners were so friendly and welcoming, and the menu of the day was fantastic value – fresh and absolutely delicious. Dog-friendly too, which was a big bonus!

Very good French food. We were welcomed five minutes before closing and fed in a homely atmosphere. This allowed us to continue our journey in good spirits. We recommend it.
