La Parenthèse sur Frotey-Les-Vesoul

The melon plate as a starter was average, but acceptable. I particularly enjoyed the skewers with curry sauce, cooked over a wood fire. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the blueberry tart: although generous, its dough was not sufficiently cooked and it lacked a little sugar. The service was quite slow. Despite everything, I would like to point out that I had a good time and that the prices are reasonable.

We had reservations for 2 people, very well received and we were given the choice of table. The service was courteous, the dishes were really good, the duck breast with raspberry sauce is a surprising combination but it works very well! We recommend this restaurant and will happily come back!

Summer with reservation, very well appointed room, beautiful decorations.. 2 people for the service with very good coordination. In terms of cuisine, my husband had half a duck breast in raspberry sauce with fries and vegetables. A massacre !!! I had prawns with fries and salad...really good!! Gourmet coffee dessert for the gentleman with 4 small desserts (1 scoop profiterole, crème brûlée, 1 scoop of raspberry ice cream, 1 raspberry pana cotta), me a Belle-Helene pear-style crepe.. very good. I highly recommend 👍

Good morning; a real discovery for us from Dijon, along the way in this region. Easy parking, beautiful exterior and interior establishment, pleasant entrance and room. Very friendly, cool and efficient staff. Our daily menu completely satisfied our appetite, a pleasant good time during this day in Haute-Saône. To renew, and to share, what we will do. Special mention for the mushroom crust! The service is friendly, attentive and smiling. We had a great time in this establishment which we recommend with our eyes closed. A pleasure for the taste buds.
