A bit pricey for the quality, but it's good. The service was a little slow...

I highly recommend this restaurant, especially the excellent service we received. We had booked for six people but arrived with eight. I complained, and I apologize, but the receptionist found us a table for eight. It was really very kind of you, thank you very much. I will recommend your establishment.

Chez le Pépère

12/10/2026: A Bordeaux institution! Thierry, besides being passionate about wine, has a real knack for unearthing hidden gems. He's also an excellent storyteller and a great entertainer. A place to celebrate an event, or simply to share good times. Don't miss it!!! 🥰
24/09/2026: This place is more than just a wine bar; it's truly a warm and welcoming experience where you always have a fabulous time! Thank you for that, and I can't wait to celebrate my thesis defense here! Juliette

01/09/2026: Amazing service! Tatiana gave us great recommendations on the dishes to choose from. The steak was delicious and the chicken with peanuts was heavenly. Super reasonable prices. A €18 set menu is hard to find in Bordeaux.
28/08/2026: Good value for money. Very professional and friendly staff. I recommend them.
